Cleveland State Community College was awarded the funding along with the University of Tennessee Chattanooga to create the Experiential Learning in Advanced Manufacturing towards Novel and Diverse Career Opportunities for Rural Tennessee Students (EXPAND TN) program.

It is the result of a reorganization of the former School of Mathematics and Sciences that incorporates the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Occupational Therapy programs into one College.

Doug Hull graduated from Wright State University in 1975, 1978, and 1985. He is establishing the Acorn Endowed Fund, a collaborative research hub, and the Hull Scholars Program.

The five-year partnership went into effect on August 1 and includes Mercy Hospital Sports Medicine becoming the preferred medical provider and a sponsor of Walsh University athletics.

A partnership with the National Security Agency will give Cedarville University the opportunity to prepare students to become cybersecurity professionals.

The grant will allow Bowling Green State University to recruit and train poll workers for the presidential election in November.

The project, in partnership with Toledo Public Schools, Owens Community College, and Dana Inc., will create a mechatronics club for TPS middle school and high school students.

The grant will be used to support the school’s dental hygiene program by purchasing new dental chairs.

The grant comes courtesy of The Eric & Jane Nord Family Fund and will create the Eric & Jane Nord STEM Discovery Institute.

The partnership will provide student athletes access to Cleveland Clinic healthcare for all healthcare needs, whether or not the needs are related to their capacity as athletes.
