Healthcare training schools in West Virginia

The WVU Parkersburg Board of Governors met on June 9, 2026 to approve three new programs and $2 million in renovations at the Innovation and Technology Center.

The scholarship will provide support to students who are studying in the Gary E. West College of Business at West Liberty University.

The $3.5 million purchase of a property in Huntington, West Virginia will become the dedicated home of the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and the Marshall Community Health Institute.
