Ashland Community and Technical College and Morehead State University partnership gives ACTC students opportunity to take MSU classes

The Eagle Express Joint Admission Agreement was initially signed by both institutions in 2022 and makes it simpler for Ashland Community and Technical College students to pursue a four-year degree at Morehead State University.
