The school has expanded its offerings for students seeking mental health help with its continued partnership with the BetterMynd app. Separately, it earned a Youth Empowerment grant that allowed a student to create the Zen Den on campus.

The grants will be used to support initiatives aimed at first-generation college student success and mental health and wellness.

Valley Health Systems contributed $25,000 to the school to enhance its simulation lab, helping to ensure healthcare students are learning on updated technology.
