Practical Nursing - Certificate

The three-semester Practical Nursing program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College prepares students for a career as a practical nurse. The program utilizes both classroom work and clinical practice to ensure a well-rounded understanding of skills taught in the program. Students will learn basic nursing skills and about topics such as mental health nursing and pediatric nursing.

Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology - Associate of Applied Science Degree

The Occupational Therapy Assistant Technology degree program will provide students with the education necessary to make them a qualified, entry-level occupational therapy assistant. Students in the program will have access to the Eileen Berke Occupational Therapy Center as a training laboratory. After completing the program, students are eligible to take the NBCOT certification exam.

Medical Assistant - Certificate

The Medical Assistant program at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College aims to prepare students for entry-level work as a medical assistant by training students in both clinical and administrative skills. Students will learn how to schedule appointments, give injections, and complete insurance forms. At the end of the program, students will be eligible to take an exam to become a certified medical assistant.
