Macomb Community College is a public community college in Warren, Michigan. Founded in 1954 as South Macomb Community College, MCC now offers more than 200 degree programs from its four campus locations in Warren and Clinton Township, Michigan.

Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant program is designed to prepare students with the necessary skills and abilities to assist physicians and providers in rendering professional services to patients. Employment may be available in private offices, clinics, hospitals, and federal and public health facilities. Students graduating from the Medical Assistant Certificate program are qualified to sit for the American Association of Medical Assistant's (AAMA) National Certification exam to become a Certified Medical Assistant.

Macomb Community College has introduced the Macomb Tuition Advantage program which will allow students who have a family income of $70,000 or less to pursue an associate degree tuition free.
The Michigan’s Apprenticeship Program Plus is Macomb Community College’s way of attempting to close Michigan’s skill gap. The federal funds will go toward keeping the program running for the next four years.
At a recent board of trustees meeting, Macomb Community College announced that it will be increasing tuition by 4.7% for the Fall 2023 and Spring/Summer 2024 semesters.
A new apprenticeship program has been added to Macomb Community College’s roster of over a dozen, thanks to a partnership with McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling.
Students who attend Macomb Community College will now have a more streamlined process when transferring to Western Michigan University thanks to a new agreement between the two schools.
A $35,000 grant from the Margaret Dunning Foundation will be used to purchase diagnostic and service equipment for advanced driver assistance systems.
