Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College announces express enrollment window for prospective students
Students interested in attending Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College can access express enrollment at the end of July to apply, enroll, and talk to financial aid all during one face to face meeting.
Prospective students of Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College have the opportunity for one stop application and enrollment from July 31 until August 2 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. during Express Enrollment. Southcentral staff will be available to help interested students in one on one meetings to help them through the college admission and enrollment process.
At Express Enrollment, prospective students can complete the entire admission process from start to finish, including applying to the college, submitting required documents, and enrolling in fall classes. Students who participate can also talk to financial aid representatives and get information about scholarship opportunities. Once a participant finishes their admission file, they will be ready to start classes at Southcentral on August 14.
In an article posted on Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College’s website, Director of Admissions Denna White talked about the benefits of Express Enrollment, saying, “Many prospective students are anxious about applying for college. Also, some students don't know how to pay for college, and we can explain the many resources available to help them. At Express Enrollment, we work one-on-one with individuals to answer their questions and relieve any anxiety."
Express Enrollment allows students to apply to Southcentral for free, have access to financial aid assistance, learn about the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship, talk about how to submit transcripts and other required documents, get scheduled for a placement test if needed, register for fall classes, and more.
The Express Enrollment window runs from July 31 through August 2 at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College’s Main Campus, 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY. No pre-registration is needed and interested students can ask questions by email at SKY-Admission@kctcs.edu.
