The grant was awarded to the college by the Paducah Area Community Reuse Organization.
Martin Williamson donated a six-figure amount to the college for the project. In recent years, he has also donated money for lights for the football and soccer field.
The funding comes through the Rural Postsecondary and Economic Development grant program.
