Pierpont currently offers a two-year Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant program. The articulation agreement that was recently put into place with Harrisburg University gives students a pathway toward the Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science program.

The designation comes after four years of being recognized as a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation. 

Students who earn an associate degree in nursing from Virginia Highlands Community College and obtain a registered nursing license have guaranteed admission to King University’s RN-BSN program.

Beginning in the Fall 2024 semester, Freed-Hardeman University will be offering a Computer Engineering bachelor degree program.

The paid internship program is available to students who are in the Electrical Engineering Technology program at Nashville State Community College.

The partnership brought four new pieces of equipment to the Kettering Science Center at Ashland University. The school has also been invited to join the exclusive SPARQ opportunity with Shimadzu.

Fastenal Company, a manufacturing and logistics leader, has joined the university’s Learn & Earn initiative to give students access to networking and learning opportunities prior to graduating.

Notre Dame College is closing its doors at the end of the current semester. It has agreed to let Hiram College serve as the new home for its Thrive Learning Center upon its closure.

The new program offering will prepare students for careers in AI in just two years, and can also feed into the school’s bachelor programs in similar areas.

The funding was announced on April 2nd during a campus visit from Congressman Mike Turner. The money will go toward enhancements and updates to three of Sinclair’s health sciences programs.
