The Osher Center for Integrative Health at UC will expand its programming to provide faculty and staff opportunities to immerse themselves in nature as medicine.
The college is a member of the Appalachian Educator EmPOWERment Consortium which has been awarded funding via the Appalachian Regional Commission’s Partnerships for Opportunity and Workforce and Economic Revitalization initiative.
The funding will both improve student mental health services available on campus and provide scholarships for students in the new Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s degree program.
