Medical Insurance Coding and Reimbursement - Certificate
Students in this program will learn the basic skills needed to perform roles like that of a medical biller and coder or healthcare claims processor. Students will learn word processing, medical terminology, and ICD/PCS and CPT coding. After completing the course, students may take the certification exam offered by the American Academy of Professional Coders or by the American Health Information Management Association.
