Students will learn from a liberal arts perspective, including material from the natural and social sciences, humanities, and liberal arts.

The gift comes from the Flint and Meg Gerlach Brenton Charitable Trust and will be put to use to develop the school’s ability to educate in artificial intelligence, engineering, and automation.
Artificial Intelligence and Applied Artificial Intelligence minors will be available for students at the University of Mount Union beginning in the Fall 2024 semester.
Zachary Perrico and Brianna Rapp worked on object tracking research which has now been published in the October 2023 edition of The Physics Teacher journal.
