Healthcare training schools in Indiana

The grant comes from the Valinhos Foundation, which is a mental health-focused organization aimed at serving children, young adults, and families throughout Indiana via mental wellbeing initiatives.

The scholarships endowed by the gift include the Alumni Scholarship in Teaching, the James A. Woodard Community Service Award, the Joseph L. Quinn Memorial Scholarship, the Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Scholarship, the Wiseman Technology Scholarship, and the Pi Kappa Alpha Faith-Centered Life Award.

The grant comes from the Avis Foundation and will help improve the university’s animal health and veterinary nursing program, the Executive Coaching and Leadership Certificate program, and the Doctoral Program in Occupational Therapy.
