Practical Nursing

Students in the W. Howard Nicol School of Practical Nursing program at Portage Lakes Career Center will be instructed in the necessary nursing skills to work as a competent entry-level practical nurse. The 36-week program aims to provide meaningful education through coursework and clinical experiences. Students will take courses in pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, and nursing.
