Established in 1968, Fred W. Eberle Technical Center was the first of its kind in West Virginia. Providing career and technical training, the school focuses on preparing students for a number of rewarding careers through hands-on instruction. Practical Nursing
The program of instruction is designed to assist the student in acquiring the ability to administer good nursing care to individuals, families, and communities. Patient-centered teaching is emphasized. This encourages the development of the knowledge, attitudes, and skills essential to nursing. Among the classes students will take within the program are: Fundamentals of Nursing, Anatomy and Physiology, and Introductory Nutrition and Diet Therapy.
